Job description

To prioritise client demand aligned to Enterprise Direct (ED) business requirements in order to inform the development of client journeys in country. To ensure utilisation of all new platforms and components amongst Enterprise Direct teams and ensure Enterprise Direct migrates to a fully digital environment.

Qualifications

Experience Required

Business & Commercial Banking
5-7 years

  1. General banking operations, including business banking products and processes.
  2. Data mining, analytics, forecasting, and reporting, including dashboard development, data sourcing, and trend analysis.
  3. Customer experience solution design, with the ability to identify client needs and improve client journeys.
  4. Digital transformation initiatives, including driving adoption of digital platforms and solutions.
  5. Agile and SAFe methodologies, including participation in solution design, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
  6. Business intelligence (BI) and data-driven decision-making, using insights to improve client outcomes and business performance.
  7. Leading and coaching teams.
  8. Managing change and digital adoption.
  9. Working across multiple stakeholders and business units.
  10. Driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  11. Managing risk, compliance, and governance considerations within business processes.
