To ensure utilisation of all new platforms and components amongst Enterprise Direct teams and ensure Enterprise Direct migrates to a fully digital environment.

- Data mining, analytics, forecasting, and reporting, including dashboard development, data sourcing, and trend analysis.
- Customer experience solution design, with the ability to identify client needs and improve client journeys.
- Digital transformation initiatives, including driving adoption of digital platforms and solutions.
- Agile and SAFe methodologies, including participation in solution design, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Business intelligence (BI) and data-driven decision-making, using insights to improve client outcomes and business performance.
