Simpletin Consulting Ltd is looking for a dedicated UI/UX Designer Intern to assist in designing intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences for our clients. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create engaging user interfaces and enhance user experience across web and mobile applications.
Key responsibilities

User Research & Analysis: Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability tests to understand user behavior and pain points.

Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand user needs and business goals.

Information Architecture (IA): Organize content and create site maps, user flows, and wireframes.

Designing UI Elements: Create graphic user interface elements such as menus, buttons, widgets, and navigation components.

Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop UI mockups and prototypes using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Interaction Design (IxD): Design interactive elements such as buttons, forms, and animations.

Visual Design: Maintain aesthetic consistency across platforms while adhering to brand style standards.

Usability Testing & Optimization: Identify and troubleshoot UX problems related to responsiveness and accessibility.

Responsive & Adaptive Design: Create designs that function seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Accessibility Compliance: Design inclusively, adhering to WCAG guidelines to support all users.

Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate design concepts into functional applications.

Trend & Industry Research: Stay updated on the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to feedback in a fast-paced setting.
