Job description
Standard Chartered’s Early Careers Talent Network connects students and recent graduates with suitable internships, graduate programmes, recruitment events and other early-career opportunities within the Bank.
By joining the Talent Network, candidates can share their academic background, skills, employment history, preferred programme and location with Standard Chartered’s recruitment team. This information may be used to match candidates with relevant opportunities and provide updates about vacancies, company news, career events and recruitment programmes.
This is not an application for a specific vacancy and joining the Talent Network does not guarantee employment. A recruiter may contact candidates when a suitable opportunity matching their profile becomes available.

- Indicate the Standard Chartered early-career programmes of interest.
- Provide accurate information about their university, degree discipline, current year of study and expected graduation date.
- Monitor recruitment communications and respond promptly when contacted about suitable opportunities.
- Participate in interviews, assessments, recruitment events or career programmes when invited.
- Update communication preferences and personal information whenever necessary.
- Comply with the eligibility requirements of any specific programme or vacancy for which they are subsequently considered.

- Be a current secondary-school student, university student, recent graduate or early-career professional, depending on the programme selected.
- Have an interest in internships, graduate programmes or other early-career opportunities at Standard Chartered.

- Be able to provide accurate educational and employment information.
- Possess an up-to-date CV or résumé.
- Have a valid email address and telephone number.
- Be willing to receive relevant career, vacancy and recruitment-event communications.
- Consent to the processing of personal data for career-opportunity matching.
- Meet the academic, location, work-authorisation and programme-specific requirements of any future position.
Applicants from different undergraduate disciplines may register. Individual vacancies may have additional qualification or degree requirements.

- Opportunities to be matched with roles based on qualifications, skills, employment history and preferred work location.
